Help with bebo skins?

Ok well i know how to make the skins now... finally, but i don't know how to get the round edges or to put glitter things on it that actually move! And also how can i make the writing on the skin flash? Iv checked the pages of bebo skin makers but they always say not to ask any questions about how to do these things because they're not going to tell us, so any help appreciated.

well you have to make a layered gif.





you create a picture with multiple layers and when you save DO NOT FLATTEN THE IMAGE. Save it as a gif and it will save as an animation. You can also change the timing between each layer and looping and stuff like that.
