Problem with bebo ???

my friend has her bebo account but when she tries to sign in with her username it didnt work. She tried it with her e-mail and it said e-mail not reconized.She signed into her e-mail so it was right.But bebo said it wasnt. Can anyone help her ???

Ask beebo whether she can retrive her password back, if not the username has expired/ she has never made one!
